My classes at the The Old Joinery Studio are suitable for all levels. Beginners are very welcome. I pride myself on a friendly and accessible class for all. I focus on the foundations – movement and breath. I believe my uncomplicated approach to yoga is enough to help see both physical and psychological improvements both on and off the mat. I teach Vinyasa style yoga. Vinyasa is the traditional flowing sequence of postures that threads the breath with each movement. This practice will teach you how working with the breath enables you to better control, stretch and strengthen the muscles in the body. Let this yoga practice reveal the magic of how your body and mind are connected. Prepare to move continually throughout the practice so don’t be put off by a little sweat and exercise.
