YOGA & STRENGTH

This workshop will incorporate both a strong yoga practice and a strength focused session.
The yoga will sandwich the strength focused exercises. Starting with yoga to mobilise the joints, warm up the body and activate the muscle. Followed by specific resistance and strength exercises. Finishing with yoga to stretch, improve flexibility and cool down. During the strength part of the workshop we will explore the necessary areas of the body and important movement patterns to incorporate into regular training sessions. This will not only help your yoga practice but help in your everyday life. Furthermore we will look into how to program the workout and how to progress over time. This will be transferable for at home workouts and gym sessions. I will therefore be incorporating my yoga and personal training experience. This all in one workshop is one not miss!
